1. Who we are

Lifestyle Blinds & Curtains is a South African business supplying made-to-measure blinds, curtains, roman blinds, shutters, and upholstery. We operate from Centurion and service Pretoria, Midrand, and Johannesburg.

For the purposes of POPIA, Lifestyle Blinds & Curtains is the Responsible Party โ€” the entity that determines why and how your personal information is processed.

We collect personal information directly from you and, in limited cases, automatically when you use our website.

  • Physical address (for measuring and installation appointments)
  • Enquiry or message content submitted via our contact form

Once your information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Withdrawal of consentย โ€” withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaintย โ€” complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (see Section 12).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days.

10. Direct marketing

We may from time to time send you information about our products, promotions, or special offers. We will only do this if you have consented to receive such communications, or where permitted by law as an existing customer.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to receive service-related communications (e.g. order updates).

11. Changes to this policy

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice on our website).
